Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our skincare and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos where applicable, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Allergies & Product Use

Our products are made using natural ingredients, however we cannot guarantee products are free from traces of allergens.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients prior to purchase and use.
