Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Please note that some of our products are made to order to ensure freshness, quality and care in every batch. These items may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

Made-to-order items typically ship within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may be shipped once all items are ready.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer fixed-rate shipping Australia-wide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment is finalised.

Free Express Shipping

We offer free express shipping on all Australian orders over $200 AUD.

Free express shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches the minimum spend.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

  • Regional & Remote Areas: delivery times may vary depending on location

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear once your parcel has been scanned by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

God’s Bounty is not responsible for delays, returned parcels or lost orders resulting from incorrect address information supplied at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

While we’ll always do our best to assist, God’s Bounty is not responsible for shipping delays or lost parcels caused by postal or courier providers.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact the shipping provider using your tracking number. You’re also welcome to contact us, and we’ll assist where we can.
